Service Description

Learning how to relax is a skill that will help you to de-stress and cope with life’s ups and downs or add another option in the management of chronic pain. Relaxation is also key for a good night's sleep. Sleep is something that many of us suffer with occasionally. My sleep sessions help you identify the changes you can make and support you as you get your sleep hygiene on track and learn relaxation techniques to help you drop off and maintain your sleep. Your relaxation or sleep plan will be personalised to you and you will learn how to apply techniques yourself at home. You will be given a recording of the audio part of your session to support home practice. A course of treatment is recommended for best effect.
