I offer on-site half-day and full-day seated massages, if you are within one hour of Cambridge. Seated on-site massage has been shown to reduce stress/anxiety, blood pressure and cortisol levels whilst it also improves staff productivity, feelings of well-being and job satisfaction. Did you know a 15-minute seated massage has been shown to reduce anxiety much more effectively than a 15-minute break? Get in touch for further details.

I'm also able to offer various mindfulness/relaxation and other sessions remotely or in-person. I can create a session perfect for your corporate aims or employee requirements, such sessions are a great addition to wellness weeks...Here are some examples of sessions I've previously delivered:

After recently launching a wellbeing initiative, we were looking for wellness activities that everyone could participate in. When we came across Jo, we knew it was a perfect fit.
