About the Event

If you feel worn out or overwhelmed right now and would like to spend a few hours relaxing and taking some time out then this two and a half hour workshop is for you.

You will hear about how your body and mind respond to stress and the busyness of everyday life, and how mindfulness and relaxation techniques can help you. Along the way you will learn mindfuless and relaxation techniques that are simple and easy to apply in everyday life.

Jo will guide you through several sessions on everyday mindfulness, relaxing breathing techniques and mindful meditations and the session will finish with a guided relaxation session lying down.

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a pillow with you.

Refreshments will be available but please feel free to bring your own water along as well.

Minimum 5 places, maximum 12
