Weds 10th 19:15-20:00 on Zoom
Face & neck massage & stretch – 45 minutes
A totally relaxing 45 minute session comprised of 30 minutes face/neck massage and gentle stretching followed by a 15 minute guided relaxation session.
You will need a massage oil, oil-based serum or oil-based moisturiser for this session. Failing all else you can use olive oil from the kitchen cupboard (but please wash it off afterwards!)
Please wear a vest top that will give you access to your neck, shoulders and decolletage.
£6 for this session, or £13 if you are attending all 3 March sessions.
Weds 17th 19:15-19:45 on Zoom
Breathing exercises/mindful meditation – 30 minutes
A calming half hour understanding your own breath rate and pattern, taking part in relaxing breathing techniques and finally completing this soothing session with a guided mindful meditation. This session is completed sitting up, although it can be done lying down if you will struggle to sit for half an hour.
Weds 24th 19:15-20:00 on Zoom
Deep relaxation – 45 minutes
A totally relaxing guided deep relaxation session. After saying hello I will guide you through several relaxation techniques to help you wind down, calm the mind, de-stress the body and prepare for a restful night’s sleep.
This session should be enjoyed lying down, in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed (a bedroom is fine!) Use pillows and blankets to ensure you will be warm and comfortable throughout the session.
You will only need to hear me (not see me) for this guided session so all videos can be switched off just before the relaxation begins.
